Customer sharing access is approved immediately, including before your own appointment. Your unique branded link and QR code can be shared as soon as the account is created. We track each referral through booking, completed service, cleared payment and reward.

Clear rules
No coupon confusion. No lost referrals.
The referred customer books the full-price $250 split-system indoor clean. Their referral must be attached before booking and the service must be completed and paid before a reward can be approved.
- Customer sharing access is available immediately, even before their own appointment.
- Customer rewards cannot be released until either their own service is completed and their first eligible referral is paid, or seven eligible referrals are paid.
- One valid referrer owns each booking.
- Coupons, promotional prices and referral rewards cannot be stacked.
- Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicates, cancellations and refunds are ineligible.
- Outdoor work, ducted systems, repairs, regas and surcharges do not earn a reward.
- Field partners introduce the service only. MACC handles quoting, booking and payment.
